The provider must deliver the goods or services at the promised time. The contract delivery partner is Post of Slovenia, GLS, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery partner if the contract can be completed more efficiently.

Delivery costs are always displayed informatively on the screen or added to your cart before sending the order, and are also displayed on the account that the buyer receives with the goods ordered. Delivery costs are equal throughout the country.
The delivery takes place during the week until 4 pm and on Saturdays in the morning (delivered by Post of Slovenia d.o.o., GLS) to the address you provided in the order. In case you want to add an additional delivery address, just type it in any field of the order form. In some cases, it is also possible to deliver outside of the delivery hours, to deliver at an agreed hour or express
delivery. For these options, contact Rotar.si sales office, the agreed delivery price may be different from the above normal delivery conditions.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier/delivery service will leave you a message on which you can agree to resubmit.
How fast the ordered goods will be delivered depends on many factors. If we have ordered goods in our warehouse, and you order untill 2 pm, the goods will be shipped on the same day. If one of the ordered items is unavailable, your shipment will be delivered the same day we receive the item in the warehouse. Our sales managers will send you an e-mail or phone stock status and the expected delivery date and delivery time. The delivery is done by a delivery service, usually the next working day from the date of shipment, but not later than within three business days.
